We offer flexible payment options for your convenience:
1 - Bank transfer (domestic or international, depending on your bank)
2 - Direct deposit into a local bank account
3 - Electronic invoice payment (secure online payment link sent to your email)
4 - Balance payment in person upon arrival (if previously arranged).
A deposit is required to confirm your reservation, and the remaining balance can be paid using one of the methods above, depending on your preference.
The villa is located in Colinas de Miramar, San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua, inside a gated community with panoramic ocean, mountain, and city views. Detailed directions are provided after reservation confirmation.
Check-in: After 3:00 PM (with property manager)
Check-out: By 11:00 AM.
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, including adults and children.
Children 3 years and older count toward the guest total.
Up to 2 additional guests may be accommodated, for a maximum of 10 guests total.
Additional guests beyond 8 are subject to an extra fee of $30 per person, subject to approval and availability.
